At check-out, a deposit must be paid to secure your purchase. A team member will then authenticate your booking request and approve the specified booking date. After approval of the date, the remaining payment is required.
Payment for your subscription is taken a month in advance. Therefore you can cancel your subscription by emailing themotifinc@gmail.com, 1 week prior to your subscription renewal date. A member of the team will then cancel your subscription.
Our team are based in London, Dubai and Manilla. We will provide our services within a 50 mile radius from these cities. Anything further, or other locations required, we will allocate one of our partner media professionals who will subcontract for the provision of service. These subcontractors are vetted and approved by MOTIF.
